The IT sector has experienced accelerated development in recent years, which has led to a rapid growth of its labor offerings, increasing competition and thus improving the quality of work. High competition forces employees to develop their skills without job safety. In particular, this can be attributed to the market of developed countries and countries with a high level of development of IT sector.

The result of the problem investigation will be a solution to this problem with the help of a software application. This application should take into account the needs and expectations for all software developers participants (both, employees and employers).
